Things to know-

Rick Denton Guide Service offers 1/2 day, 3/4 day, and full day bass fishing trips year round on Lake Fayette, Texas. Feel free to call or text Rick at (979) 966-2800 to discuss available dates and times to book your trip.

Once we decide on a date and time, please make your deposit below. A 72-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund of your deposit/payment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellation due to inclement weather can/will be rescheduled with no loss of deposit. All trips depart from and return to the Oak Thicket boat ramp.

1/2 day trip for 1 or 2 people (4-1/2 hours) - $275.00

3/4 day trip for 1 or 2 people (5-1/2 hours)- $330.00

Full-day trip for 1 or 2 people (8 hours) - $385.00

1 extra person is $80 extra

June 1 - October 1 - 1/2 day and 3/4 day trips only.
October 1 - June 1 - 1/2 day, 3/4 day, and full-day trips available.

Saturday and Sunday trips will be 1/2 day trips only.

Now offering half-day fishing trips from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. in August.

$150 DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING YOUR TRIP TO HOLD YOUR SPOT. WE ACCEPT CASH. TIPS APPRECIATED.

What do I need to bring?

  • MUST HAVE A VALID TEXAS FISHING LICENSE

  • Snacks

  • Your favorite drink (no alcohol, please)

  • Sunscreen

  • Fishing cap

  • Sunglasses

  • Camera (we will be taking pictures as well)

  • Fishing rod and reel (optional, we will provide all of your equipment)

Lake Fayette 1/2-Day Trip

1/2 day trip for 1 or 2 people (4-1/2 hours). All trips depart from, and return to, the Oak Thicket boat ramp.

Lake Fayette 3/4-Day Trip

3/4 day trip for 1 or 2 people (5-1/2 hours). All trips depart from, and return to, the Oak Thicket boat ramp.


Lake Fayette Full Day Trip

Full day trip for 1 or 2 people (8 hours). All trips depart from, and return to, the Oak Thicket boat ramp.

Lake Fayette - Add 1 Person

All trips are good for 1 to 2 people. There is an extra charge of $80 for a third person.
