Rick Denton Guide Service offers 1/2 day and 3/4 day bass fishing trips year-round on Lake Walter E. Long. Feel free to call or text Rick at (979) 966-2800 to discuss available dates and times to book your trip.

Once we decide on a date and time, please make your deposit below. A 72-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund of your deposit/payment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellation due to inclement weather can/will be rescheduled with no loss of deposit. All trips depart from and return to the boat ramp at Walter E. Long Metropolitan Park.

1/2 day trip for 1 or 2 people (4-1/2 hours) - $375.00

3/4 day trip for 1 or 2 people (5-1/2 hours) - $425.00

1 extra person is $80 extra

$150 DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING YOUR TRIP TO HOLD YOUR SPOT. WE ACCEPT CASH. TIPS APPRECIATED.

What do I need to bring?

  • MUST HAVE A VALID TEXAS FISHING LICENSE

  • Snacks

  • Your favorite drink (no alcohol, please)

  • Sunscreen

  • Fishing cap

  • Sunglasses

  • Camera (we will be taking pictures as well)

  • Fishing rod and reel (optional, we will provide all of your equipment)
